What do I need before beginning a design project?
It is best to start with a strong sense of your vision: the mood, target audience & your overall desired aesthetic. What is a Wireframe v. a Prototype?
A wireframe is a basic structural layout that shows the flow from screen to screen within an app or a website. Wireframes typically act as a map: they aren’t interactive and usually don’t have any custom branded features. A full prototype on the other hand looks much more like the final product: it can be interacted with or demonstrated & is customized to the colors and imagery of the brand. We can construct any variety of wireframe or prototype with branding or interactivity ranging from limited to functionally interactive.
